Please tell us in advance if any of these apply, so the care is comfortable and safe.
- Any cuts, inflammation, rash or signs of infection on your scalp.
- Allergies to particular shampoos or cosmetics.
- Recent scalp treatments, colouring, bleaching or perms (mention them at the consultation).
- A scalp condition or ongoing treatment: we need to check beforehand whether the care is suitable.
- If anything feels uncomfortable or painful during the care, tell the therapist straight away.
Afterwards
After your head spa
Go easy on your scalp after the care.
- Avoid harsh products on your scalp afterwards.
- If your scalp is sensitive, don't scratch or massage it hard.
- If discomfort continues or gets worse, avoid further irritation and see a doctor.
- How the care feels, and how satisfied you are, varies with your scalp condition.

Booking a premium head spa during your Korea trip
Bookings are made by message. A Japanese therapist and a Japanese interpreter are on site, and you are welcome to message us in English.

Who will look after me, and what languages are used?
A Japanese therapist is on site and guides Japanese-speaking guests through the care in Japanese. A Japanese interpreter is also on site. For English, you are welcome to message us in English.
How long does a head spa take?
The VVIP limited head spa takes 80 minutes in total (face care 20 min + scalp care 60 min). Timings for the other programmes are confirmed when you book.
Can I combine it with brows on the same trip?
Yes, ask us. MODA BROW is centred on brow design, so eyebrow tattoo and lip blush are at the same studio. How to combine them and on which days is confirmed when you book. See Busan beauty trip for ideas.
Can I do my hair and makeup afterwards?
We advise on what to do afterwards based on how your scalp is on the day. If your scalp is sensitive, avoid harsh products. Tell us when you book if you have plans straight after.
I have a scalp condition. Can I still book?
If you have cuts, inflammation or a rash on your scalp, or are being treated for a scalp condition, we need to check beforehand whether the care is suitable. The head spa is not a medical treatment, so please see a doctor about symptoms.
Can I book with friends?
Tell us the number of people when you book. Available times depend on bookings, so it helps to message early.
How can I pay?
All prices shown include VAT (10%) and are final. Payment is by cash or card. Other treatments are on the price list.
