Not happy with the shape or colour of a previous brow tattoo? For Korean brow correction in Busan Seomyeon, MODA BROW starts with a photo check before you book. We tell you honestly whether your brows can be improved over the top, need more time, or should be faded elsewhere first. Then the director redesigns them around your bone structure and natural hair direction.

Before you book

Three things to know before booking a brow correction in Busan

With correction, your current brows decide the plan far more than with a first tattoo.

  1. 01

A photo decides what is possible

How dark the old pigment is, how far it spreads and what colour it has turned all matter. Send daylight photos of the previous work and we reply before you book. Red or blue residue needs extra consultation, and may mean the design you want cannot be fully achieved.

  2. 02

    We refine rather than cover

Painting a dark colour over the top tends to make brows look heavy. We look at your bone structure, how your brows move and your own hair, then work out how to use what is already there.

  3. 03

Sometimes fading has to come first

If the old tattoo is too dark or too wide, layering over it will not give a clean result. In that case we will tell you plainly that fading or removal elsewhere is the better first step.

What to send

What to prepare before you ask about correction

The more we know about your previous treatment, the more accurately we can judge it. Send whatever you can of the following by message.

  • Photos of your brows now: daylight, no makeup, front and both three-quarter angles
  • When you had the previous tattoo, and how many sessions
  • The technique used, if you know it (hair stroke, powder and so on)
  • What bothers you most: shape, colour, uneven sides, blurring
  • Whether you have had any fading or removal treatment
  • Any wound, inflammation or skin condition in the area, and any allergy to pigment or numbing products
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding, bleeding disorders, medication, or recent skin procedures
  • How long you are in Busan and your flight home (and any important shoots or events)

Lighting and filters change how pigment looks on camera, so please send unedited photos.

Types of problem

Brow tattoos usually go wrong in one of two ways

Which type you have, or whether it is both, changes how correction works.

01

Shape and position

One side higher than the other, the arch in the wrong place, too thick, or too steep an angle. If the remaining pigment is fairly light, a new design based on your bone structure can often refine it. For uneven brows see brow asymmetry correction.

02

Colour

Brows that have turned reddish, bluish or grey over time, are too dark, or have blurred at the edges. Red or blue residue needs extra consultation, and depending on how much remains it can limit the design. Some old work is too dark or too wide and needs fading first.

How correction works

If you still have another studio's brow tattoo

We check before you book, so you do not travel to Busan only to hear it cannot be done.

  1. 01

    Send a photo

Message us your photos and what you know about the previous treatment by WhatsApp, Instagram, KakaoTalk or LINE.

  2. 02

    We suggest a plan

We tell you whether it looks closest to “can be corrected now”, “better to wait a little longer” or “fade it first”.

  3. 03

Agree the design in the mirror

At the studio we draw the new shape over the old pigment and your own brows, adjusting width and angle with you.

  4. 04

    Treatment and follow-up

Some brows look best corrected in more than one session, once the first has settled. We explain sessions and touch-up terms in advance.

How it works

From arrival to aftercare

A correction follows the same six steps. As a guide, a brow appointment takes about 1 hour.

  1. 01

    Booking and pre-consultation

By WhatsApp, Instagram, KakaoTalk or LINE we confirm the treatment you want, your visit dates, any previous semi-permanent makeup and your reference images.

  2. 02

    Custom design consultation

We look at your face shape, muscle movement, left–right asymmetry, your current brows and your own taste as a whole.

  3. 03

    Design check

We check the design together in the mirror and adjust it towards the look you want.

  4. 04

    Treatment

Working from the agreed design, we choose the method that suits your skin and any existing pigment, then begin.

  5. 05

    Final check

We look at the finished design together and explain how the colour will change and how healing usually goes.

  6. 06

    Aftercare guidance

We explain care and precautions for the treated area. If a touch-up may be needed, we discuss it with you individually.

FAQ

Brow Correction & Cover-up FAQ

Can you fix a brow tattoo done somewhere else?

Yes, you can ask us. Send daylight photos of your brows from the front and both sides, and we will tell you before you book whether we can help.

Can you make brows that are too dark lighter?

Our treatments add pigment and reshape; they do not take pigment out. If the old tattoo is very dark or wide, it usually heals better if it is faded elsewhere first, and we will tell you if that is the case.

My brows have turned red or blue-grey. Can that be corrected?

Red or blue residue needs extra consultation. Depending on how much remains, the right colour on top may make it far less visible, or it may not, and the design you want can be limited. We will tell you after seeing your photo.

Can it be done in one session?

Not always. Some brows look best corrected again once the first session has settled. We explain sessions and touch-up terms after the photo check and when you book.

How long should I wait after my last brow tattoo?

Typically you wait until the previous treatment has fully settled. Tell us when you had it and we will give you a guide.

How much does brow correction cost?

Contact us for the current price. The work depends on your brows, so we quote the current price after seeing your photos.
